These terms govern your use of rarestore.live and purchases made from Rare. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund policies.
1. Online store
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order. You may not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity, or interfere with its security or operation.
2. Products and availability
We take care to present product descriptions, colours and images accurately. Screen settings and photography may cause minor variations. Product availability, quantities and prices may change without notice. We may limit or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
3. Orders and acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch or otherwise accept the order. If we cannot accept an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund where payment has been collected.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Delivery charges and any applicable taxes are shown before you complete your order. Payment must be made using an option available at checkout. We may correct genuine pricing or listing errors and will contact you before processing an affected order.
